I had a great experience at West Valley and would highly recommend it if you want a secure place to live at some of the lowest rates in town. The community is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the grounds are clean and resort-like. One staff member mentioned the complex used to be a hotel, which explained why I had to take an elevator just to reach my second-floor apartment. After a hard workday, I loved unwinding in the large outdoor hot spring pool. I could say a lot more, but I’ll leave it at that: I really enjoyed living there and recommend it.

Security is very arrogant while supposedly helping people. They inspect personal belongings and bags in the pool and barbecue area.

The gym and pool were a nice bonus. I lived there for around six months and liked the place, even though it was small, a bit rundown, and expensive. The receptionists were great once I got used to how friendly they were, lol. I also learned that American luxury is different from Japan.
