Harry & Kris at the front desk made check-in easy with their warm, professional manner and attention to detail. We also had a genuinely quiet stay, which was just what we needed. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless every day during the week we were there. A fantastic experience.

The room was OK, but the bodywash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, maybe broken. My bigger issue was the front desk service. The person checking me in around 7 PM seemed uninterested and had a gloomy, sullen expression. The customer service was so terrible I wouldn't give it even one star. This motel shouldn't be called a Best Western.

I booked online for the Holiday Inn Express in the next building, but the booking kept sending me to this Best Western. The whole experience was frustrating. The place is run-down and the room smelled bad. The sink area lights took over 30 minutes to come on properly. We called the front desk for help, but nobody came to look at the room. The shower tiles had dirty black stains. This place should be closed.

I found this place by accident and now don't want to stay anywhere else. The rooms are clean, the beds are neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean too. It's a comfortable stay, and I can afford it even when I don't have much money in my pocket. They also offer a little complimentary breakfast. The menu is basically the kind of food you'd find in your kitchen pantry. If Holiday Inn is out of budget, Sure Stay Plus is just as great. I highly recommend it.

I got my money back after talking to the manager, who never gave me his name. I wasn't there five minutes before a cockroach ran across the TV screen, and I left. Don't come here unless you want to take cockroaches back home with you. Stay away. I posted this on Expedia too, but they didn't include the truth. This is the truth.
