I woke up covered in itchy red bites after sleeping here, and the person with me had the exact same bites. My ankles were only exposed while I was asleep at this hotel, so I believe the beds may have had bed bugs or fleas, though I can't say which. I never write reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. Claims in other reviews that the place is clean are misleading to me. I found it unsanitary and would avoid it. I'm writing to keep others from having the same experience.

Ted made check-in go smoothly even though I was traveling for work and arrived late with my wife and our 3-year-old son. Thanks, Ted. We'll be back. Good location, good parking, and an In-N-Out next door.

The freeway noise was a major problem for me as a light sleeper. Our window faced the freeway, and it did nothing to keep the sound out overnight. The service was great, and the location is very convenient. Aside from the traffic noise, the room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of small cleanliness issues, but they didn't cause us any trouble.

The people here were absolutely wonderful, and so kind and hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked great for us, with plenty of places nearby to get food.

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. This is the best value in the area, and I'll definitely return next time I'm visiting Orange County.
