Best Western Capistrano Inn

The room had plenty of breathing space, a private balcony, a nice view of San Juan Capistrano, and full-size appliances, including a real fridge and microwave. Everything felt clean, well kept, and professionally handled. I've stayed here more than once, and the service and quality have been consistent each time. The staff are polite and easy to deal with, and breakfast is fresh and properly set up. I paid under $100 through Expedia, which is an especially good deal in this expensive area. Compared with the nearby Motel 6, this place feels like a reward for having standards. It's a smart choice if you're looking for comfort and cleanliness without spending a fortune.

The renovated rooms were really nice and standard, with a fridge and microwave included. The hotel was clean, and the front desk lady was excellent. The price was good, too, and the main spots are about a 5-10 minute drive away.

The staff were really kind, and the rooms have been renovated. But the doors and locks don't feel secure at all. The beds are extremely hard, the pillows are small and unsupportive, and there's a burnt hair smell. My body is killing me from those beds.

The room was clean, quiet, safe, and had all the amenities I needed. It was the best priced place in the area without cutting corners on quality. Shops, restaurants, and the freeway are conveniently close, and it's an easy, quick walk to some great restaurants. Thanks especially to Joy, the manager, and the friendly, courteous staff for being so helpful. I'd recommend it.
