We went for a little honeymoon weekend getaway, and check-in set the tone for a great experience. The gentleman who checked us in was welcoming and kind. The room was clean and super comfortable, the area quiet, and breakfast wonderful and delicious. All the other staff were polite and accommodating too. It wasn't very pricey and was definitely worth the stay. We'll be back for sure!

We were travelling with our 7 month old, and they provided a brand new travel cot, or pack a play as they call them in the US. The hotel manager who greeted us was attentive and friendly, though unfortunately I can't remember his name, and made sure we had what we needed. The beds were very comfy, parking was free, and there was a great view of the elephant seals nearby. WiFi worked great and breakfast was good too. A pleasant stay with excellent customer service.

I travelled with my dog over a long weekend, and Quality Inn didn't charge a fee for him. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit and gravy, fresh waffles, and more. Edward, the manager who checked us in, was kind and patient, explained everything clearly, and offered us coffee and cookies. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was great, and the hotel is dog friendly. Having stayed elsewhere in the area, I highly recommend Quality Inn for its clean, comfortable rooms and excellent value.

There aren't many places open late at night since the hotel is a bit away from the city area, so it might be smart to pick up food ahead of time if you think you'll get hungry. The microwave in the room came in handy. The room was comfortable, with carpet floors and a big, cozy bed. Breakfast was included and had a good range of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful from reception on. Great value for the price, and a lovely stay I'd recommend.

We were here for one night after booking a visit to the light station. We'd reserved a king room but got two queens instead. The beds were pretty good, though the carpet could use a better cleaning, and it was nice to have a work desk. Breakfast ran from 7am-10am, was plentiful, and service was great. The key kept getting demagnetized, which the front desk said was because it was close to my phone. Luckily this didn't happen until after 11pm, when nobody would be at the desk and you'd have to call for help. The heated swimming pool was nice, and the cookies we got at check-in at 9m were delicious.
