I had an easy check-in and checkout, and the location was great. I stayed in the king jacuzzi suite during the off-season, and it didn't disappoint. The room was very clean. There's also a Starbucks a mile away, if that's useful. My only complaint was the man at the desk when I checked in. I was courteous and excited to be there, but he seemed unhappy and had an attitude, like he didn't want to be working. The woman was very nice, though. I'd recommend staying here; checking in was the one negative part of my visit.

I'm here tonight with my four-year-old, and the room is spotless. The beds are comfy, with plenty of pillows. Cedar Point is right down the street, so the location is great. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. Definitely worth staying here! :)

We stayed a couple of days for a Cedar Point trip, and South Shore will be our new go-to. We've tried a lot of places around the same price that have gone downhill, but this one didn't disappoint. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly, and the property nice. It's super close to the park. The beds were comfortable and nothing special, but we slept well. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, though they looked nice. The only small downside was the thin walls. We could hear the TV and conversations next door.

The kids liked the fish tank in the lobby, and we all found the breakfast good. The room was clean and as expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful. South Shore Inn is very convenient for a two-day Cedar Point visit. I'd definitely stay with my family again.

The room looked nice and was clean, but a raised plate by the door was easy to trip over. The unplugged fridge smelled bad when opened. There were only a couple of guests in the whole place, including us, but coffee would've been a nice touch, especially since they normally serve breakfast in season. A few small frustrations kept this from being a really great visit. Probably better in summer when it's busier.
