There's free fresh-baked cookies and popcorn every night from 7p-9p, and both the lobby and breakfast staff were so nice. The rooms aren't anything special, but they're clean and tidy. It's about a 10-minute drive to the park, and the courtyard stays lit all night, which is really nice. It's not a horrible part of town, either. We'll absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were really clean, the beds comfortable, and the TV had a great selection of channels. Breakfast was great, with oranges, bananas, cereal, waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. It's very close to the road to Cedar Point, and I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for an affordable hotel nearby. We'd walked across the street and booked here after a horrible experience at another hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. When they asked if we wanted a ground-floor or upstairs room, we asked about noise from upstairs rooms. They couldn't have been kinder and put us upstairs, with no one nearby. They let us add a day at the first night's price over Labor Day weekend, when the second-night rate would've been higher otherwise. We could stay in the same room and didn't have to move our stuff. The AC seemed to be acting up the first night, but a maintenance worker came up right away and got it working. He said to call if it caused another problem, and he'd replace it with a brand-new unit within 15 minutes. He also had great suggestions for local places.

After a full day at Cedar Point, we found the stay easy, close, comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy, though I live in the country and may be sensitive to that. I'd recommend it. I would also love a bit of protein with breakfast 😋 😀 👍

After a long day at Cedar Point, we arrived exhausted and ready for sleep. Before settling in, we checked the bed and found bedbugs. We told the front desk right away. They offered another room, but our group didn't feel comfortable staying after that discovery, so we left. The way the clerk, Sarah, handled it made things worse. While we were explaining what had happened, she shushed one of my friends because other guests were coming in. That felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The place was unsanitary, and staff's response was disappointing. We'll never return.
