InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Sandy Springs

Angela, Floating GM, was working at the sandy springs location this weekend, and her customer service really impressed me. She’s a gem, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and diligent, and she understands what customers need. She went out of her way to help, and I’m very grateful. Intown suites is lucky to have her on the team. I’m sure every location she visits would agree!

I had to leave the Sandy Springs InTown Suites two days early because staff and management harassed and intimidated me and behaved unprofessionally. The GM was rude and dismissive from check-in. Evening staff repeatedly circled me and my guest, blocked my sister’s car from leaving, then lied to the GM about what happened. I didn’t break the no-pet policy; the dog they were concerned about was only visiting briefly outside my room. Staff said room checks were weekly, but my room was entered every day without permission. I’d come back to the smell of roach spray, my shoes and belongings touched, and the beds moved. I felt unsafe and had to pay for somewhere else to stay. This location felt hostile and disrespectful of guest privacy.

I’ve stayed at many InTown suites between Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta, and this one is actually very good. It’s clean, the staff and cleaning crew are nice, and it’s conveniently close to restaurants, stores, landmarks, and other things you might need around Atlanta.

I’ve been fine here, with no issues and nobody bothering me. I’ve just kept to myself and had no worries. It’s very clean, and the location is great.
