Drury Inn & Suites Burlington

I’ve really enjoyed my three-week stay. I travel for work a lot, sometimes for a month, and this has been incredible. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and everything feels new. Cameron, Jasper, and Nicole are the real deal, always ready to help with a smile. Thanks for making the homesickness a little easier to manage.

The hotel is beautiful, and check-in was easy. The man who checked us in was kind and gave us lots of useful information. The room, dining area, and pool were all clean, and both breakfast and the kickback food tasted great. On Saturday the gravy at breakfast was so thick it was hard to scoop, but the morning manager was kind, apologized for the small issue, and kept things running smoothly. My concern was the man with long dreads working the breakfast shift. He was rude to my family for no reason. He spoke to people around us but not to us, and whenever he passed, he rolled his eyes and gave us a hateful look before going to talk to other tables. I thought maybe I was overreacting until it happened again Sunday morning. His expression made it seem as if we didn’t belong there. My children felt like they’d done something wrong, even though we were just trying to enjoy breakfast like everyone else.

All the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our trip. We stayed two nights in a very nice room, and the meals were very good, especially the popcorn. There’s a mall nearby, plus a cool park not too far away.

The price feels worth it, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. My room was beautiful, and the gym was great. WiFi and breakfast were free, as were the 5:30 kickback, popcorn, and drinks. The staff were friendly and very nice, especially one guy who was especially kind.
