The room itself was nice and clean, and the front desk attendant was polite when I stopped in close to 2 AM needing a bed for the night. I paid the regular room rate and a refundable deposit. The next morning I realized I'd left my phone charger behind. When I called from home, gave my name, and explained, they said they had no record of me staying there. They said they'd call if the charger turned up, but I haven't heard back. For an upscale hotel, I expected much better service from the morning attendant. I'm very upset, and I doubt I'll even get my deposit back.

The breakfast was the usual three hot items and a waffle maker, and there's a large flat-screen TV. The room was clean and in good shape, with an okay bed and pillows. It's conveniently close to restaurants and I-15. The A/C cycled fairly often and was moderately loud, and the mini-fridge compressor came on now and then at a similar volume.

The location is a big plus: the Titanic Exhibition at the mall, IKEA, and Loveland Aquirium are all close, and it's quick to get on the freeway with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's quiet, and the prices were really good on the last two weekends I visited. The front staff were great, even finding paper plates and silverware when I asked. I was disappointed that my balcony looked over the neighboring hotel. I'd hoped to drink coffee with a mountain view, so ask for an east-facing room if you book one with a balcony. Breakfast is the main downside. The eggs were tasteless and there were very few extras. I even thought about staying somewhere else nearby for a better breakfast. Still, it's a great place to stay.

The staff were really courteous, and the place was clean. I usually have three or four girls with me because my daughter does cheer, so we go through towels constantly. They were happy to keep us supplied at no charge. The pool was clean too. They called it a balcony, but it was more like an extra-deep window. We'll stay again.
