The location was handy because it was close to the wedding venue, but the reservation mess on my wedding day was a lot. My wife booked a room for her family member through Booking.com for Friday night and paid $195, which seems wild for one night. My grandmother-in-law, young children, and father-in-law, who uses a mechanical wheelchair, arrived at Baymont and asked for a room. They were put in the same room and charged too. There was a wedding the next day, and my grandmother-in-law is elderly, so my family had a lot going on. A day and a half into our honeymoon, my wife got an alert that the money had gone to Booking.com and was confused because the room had already been paid for when my grandmother-in-law arrived and stayed. The manager said policy meant he wouldn't refund any of the money to my wife or family, not even part of it. He told us we should communicate better and keep everyone involved up to date about wedding reservations in the future. I'm being nice with this rating, but all that confusion on my wedding day can't be ignored. Strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

First room had no heat and a dirty bathroom. The second was dirty too, and I felt like things were crawling on me. The TV remote didn't work either. They told me to change channels by hand on the side of the television. I hate this place. Motel hell, in my opinion. Not happy at all. Run, don't stop here.

The room was spacious, spotless, and set up thoughtfully. The bed was really comfortable, and there were useful little touches like good toiletries and plenty of charging outlets. It was quiet and relaxing, and housekeeping kept everything fresh each day. Staff were warm and attentive from arrival, check-in went smoothly, and everyone I spoke with made an effort to help me feel comfortable. I'd gladly come back.

We'd booked two queen beds, but the room we got had two full size beds. On top of that, we were first checked into a room that already had someone in it, though thankfully the key didn't work. The $121 deposit was excessive and hadn't been announced. We paid for the room a month ahead, and now I doubt we'll stay here again.
