Lakeside Orange County Airport Hotel

Antonio went above and beyond for our family and was patient, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Traveling with my pregnant wife and our child brought its own needs, and he made sure we were taken care of at every step. We’re very grateful and would absolutely return. The new Orange County Hotel was clean, beautiful, modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Check-in took a lot longer than I’m used to, but trail and error! Everything else felt well organized. The service was both polished and personal. Highly recommend!

The hotel has great amenities, including a clean gym, pool, and laundry room, plus a pond out front where you can walk around and see cute ducks. Parking is $24 a night, and there’s a $150 incidental fee. Breakfast and the evening reception also cost extra. I had an extended stay, my first at an IHG hotel, and was very impressed. The daily housekeeping and maintenance teams did a great job. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to make it feel like home, and I’ll remember her kindness, care, and top tier service. Josh was also very nice, polite, attentive, and accommodating with our family’s requests. All around, a great stay.

We stayed two nights and got a good deal, probably because it was Thanksgiving night and the night after. The hotel is among business buildings, so the area was quiet during the holiday week. The only nuisance was having to step around duck poop by the pond. The room had been freshly remodeled and was clean and comfortable. It’s convenient to Hwy55, with business buildings and upscale condos around it. For the price, it exceeded our expectations. I’d stay again if the price is right.

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the hotel was reasonably priced. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, especially the young Vietnamese woman. I stayed on September 26th and 27th and accidentally left my jade-stone necklace in the room. A few days later I called, and the staff patiently said they’d kept it safe and asked for my address to mail it. It arrived two days later, really quickly. I’m grateful and would stay here again if I get the chance.
