We had a lot of trouble during our stay and I wouldn't recommend this place. There's no restaurant or room service, and there are nicer options with better service for less money. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and the elevator in the west wing kept failing, so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Only one car is allowed per room, for $32 a night. Even though the hotel had empty spaces, we had to scramble for street parking each night, despite offering to pay. The front desk, especially Jason J, wasn't helpful with other parking options.

The spa and hot tub were a relaxing way to unwind, and our room had a nice tub and shower with plenty of space. Staff were welcoming, always saying hello when we passed and checking if we needed anything. I’d definitely come here if you can.

We had a great beach and main road view, which was the best part, even though it got noisy at times. The location worked perfectly for all our outings. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Jason, the Front Desk Manager, deserves a big thank you. I emailed ahead to ask about an early check-in for our anniversary trip, which was also our first time away from our two kids. He stayed helpful and communicative throughout, and did everything he could to make it work. His effort got our celebration off to a wonderful start. The whole stay was exceptional, and the staff were so accommodating.

UPDATE: A supervisor called and said they'd make a one-time exception to correct the date. We gave them the date we had booked, and they honored it. The room was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Before that, customer service was very disappointing. An error on their website put the reservation on the wrong date, but they refused to change it, offer credit, or issue a refund. Be careful when booking. There wasn't any flexibility or help resolving what seemed to be their own system error. Someone else had the same experience this month, according to Yelp.
