We hadn’t booked anywhere and were having a hard time finding a place to spend the night after escaping the LA chaos for a few hours in Santa Barbara. Then we found this place, which saved our family trip. The rooms looked so good, and they were clean and quiet. My family loved it so much that we changed our plan to spend the next night in Solvang and stayed here again instead. The lady at the front desk was amazing!!!!!!

This is a final notice to Hussain B. Please promptly return or refund the tapentadol sent by Hansa and Hussain B. I sent the medicine from Rochester, MN to your motel and am requesting an immediate refund. If this is not resolved, I will report your activities to the appropriate enforcement authorities for operating a questionable business under the name of a motel, and file a formal complaint with DEA.

They don’t tell you about the cash deposit until you arrive. That feels shady and outdated, like they’re making things harder for guests. Service was terrible too. Staff seemed not to care about helping, and even simple requests became arguments or hassles. Nothing was explained or organized, and the place felt unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere that knows how to treat its customers.

An older style hotel up on State Street, with some great places to eat and shop really close by. It’s comfortable and affordable, though not the most luxurious spot in SB. This is where I usually stay when I visit.

Priti, the front desk manager, is very kind and sweet. My stay at sunset motel was lovely, the room was really clean, and the location was very good. Thank you, sunset morel.
