Synergy River Terrace

I’m looking for a possible new home after graduation, so I went to River Terrace to see a friend’s place. I was lucky to meet staff member Sarah, I think that was her name. She showed me the amenities and explained how to do a self-guided tour, which was pretty cool. I could see myself living here.

I stayed for three months after booking through a property management company, and the experience was frustrating. Packages went missing several times, and once I couldn’t get in because the smart lock batteries hadn’t been replaced. For nearly two weeks, loud water heater noise woke me at night. I also went to the front office many times to find someone, but nobody was ever there. The maintenance problems, security issues, and lack of on-site support made this disappointing.

My husband and I live in these apartments and regret choosing them every day. They feel extremely unsafe despite all the gate codes. We’ve repeatedly been victims of vandalism and locker theft, and after we raised our concerns, management still didn’t appoint anyone to enforce security. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The community is peaceful and relaxing, and parking is convenient enough to make everyday life easier. I’m really happy living here. The amenities are a big highlight, and the place has a resort-like feel.
