I’ve been coming to this Comfort Inn for three decades. It’s clean, though the property isn’t in the same shape it was after its last renovation. Prices have recently come down, which is good given that the pool and hot tub have been closed for 2-3 months. The staff are providing the best customer service I’ve seen here. Alex Lopez, a newer front desk employee, is especially responsive, helpful, and upbeat.

Alex Lopez at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He even helped us cut programs at the last minute for my uncle’s funeral service. The breakfast was good, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older, the gym is very small, and the pool and hot tub are closed.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were wonderful. Coffee and cookies are always a welcome touch. It was a little hard to find from interstate 25, but we’d highly recommend it.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is good. Still, this is an average hotel at best. The rooms are okay, but the mattresses are worn down and make it hard to get proper rest. For a hotel this size, the breakfast area is too small. There are queues for every item, then nowhere to sit.

After a long 14-hour drive, getting an early check-in was much appreciated. Alex at the front desk was very kind and helped with that, along with personal suggestions for food and entertainment. The location was perfect and easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this Comfort Inn for a leisure or business stay.
