It felt like home for the week, with plenty of room to settle in. The hotel was clean and really comfortable, and I'm glad I spent my money here instead of at a fancier place with a much smaller room. The concierge and valet were both super friendly.

I remember this place from years ago, before the renovation, when it was pretty run down. It's much better now. The rooms are improved and decently equipped, and the lobby and atrium are nicely done. I especially appreciated how friendly, kind, and attentive everyone was, from the valet and porter to the front desk and restaurant and bar staff. The location still makes it easy to get to beach volleyball at the pier, the mall, the promenade, and lots of food nearby. I also love the options on Main Street. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. I'll try to add a few more photos before I leave. Thank you!

The room was clean, quiet, and bigger than I expected, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was very basic, so I'd skip it next time. The shared areas felt small and below the standard of the rest of the property. I'm not entirely sure how much of that impression comes from the hotel's beachside location, since guests probably don't spend much time indoors there.

The suites felt more like apartments than hotel rooms, with comfortable beds, spacious layouts, USB charging ports, a roomy desk, and sleek bathrooms with good amenities. Everything was very clean and beautifully furnished. I also liked the heated outdoor pool, modern fitness center, on-site restaurant and lounge, and relaxed but elegant lobby, which is a nice place to work, socialize, or unwind. The service stood out throughout the stay. Staff were warm and professional, and check-in through check-out was smooth, friendly, and attentive without feeling overdone. The Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites has a modern, beach-inspired style that suits Santa Monica. It's also a short walk to the pier, Third Street Promenade, and beach, making the location handy for both leisure and business. A premium stay in a great spot on the California coast, whether you're here for a getaway, romance, or work. Highly recommended!

On my latest visit, David at the front desk made me feel especially valued as a Hilton guest. He was warm, professional, and accommodating, and his service was just outstanding. I used to manage a hotel myself, so I know how fortunate Hilton Santa Monica is to have him. David, if you see this, I hope you move into management if you haven't already, and train your team to give guests the same excellent care.
