Tia made us feel appreciated throughout our stay. She was personable, welcoming, responsive, and helpful, whether on the phone, at check-in, or later during the visit. Our room was spacious and clean, and the grounds, lobby, elevator, and laundry room were all well maintained. Her hospitality really improved the experience.

I spent a month here in February 2025, so some things may have changed since then. The general manager at the time, Sydney, was a real asset. He went out of his way to make guests welcome, and I’m confident he would have helped with a problem or answered questions. I’d recommend Stayapt in Suffolk and would stay again for a longer visit. I chose it because I wanted an apartment-like setup, with a full kitchen and living room. The kitchen had a full-size stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. There were four place settings of cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Other supplies included ice trays, two sharp knives, a can opener, corkscrew, measuring cup and spoons, colander, two sauté pans (one nonstick), a saucepan, round baking sheet, cutting board, potholder, spatula, tongs, and spoon. I wished there were a bigger pot for pasta, a larger baking sheet, and a mixing bowl. They also supplied a little dish soap, several dishwasher tabs, a towel and dishcloth, plus extra trash bags. My suite’s living area had a two-seat sofa, an armchair, and a side table, with two stools at the counter. The large TV had DirecTV, though I sometimes had trouble accessing channels. You can log into your own Netflix and YouTube accounts too. The bed was comfortable, and movement on one side didn’t bounce the other person around too much. There were reading lights, a large TV, a closet with hangers, laundry basket, iron and board, and a bedroom desk. The nightstands and desk light had charging ports. The window shade blocked light surprisingly well. If you’re sharing, keep in mind there’s no door between the bedroom and living room. There are laundry rooms on every floor, each with two washers and dryers. Payment was by card or app, with cycles starting at $2.75 and longer ones costing more. The location worked well for me and the area felt safe and convenient. Groceries, Walmart, restaurants, breweries, and other shops were a short drive away, with at least one brewery and restaurant an easy walk. I-664 was easy to reach. I had occasional trouble with the TV channels, but otherwise the place suited my needs well.

I was in town to visit family and take care of business when I found stayapts. It’s the cleanest, most comfortable and relaxing place away from home, and it still reminds me of home. The housekeepers were kind and the front desk was amazing. I love it and will make arrangements to stay again.

The rooms match their photos, and I’ve had a great stay every time I’ve come back. Housekeeping did a lovely job, even separating my personal towels from theirs in the dirty pile after I forgot about them once. Tia, the manager, is around the property several times a day and is always available. The Harbour View location is quiet, with a brewery right across the parking lot that has live music some nights. Lots of guests had dogs, but we never had a barking problem. It’s a popular long-term hotel and is always full. They seemed a bit short on kitchen towels, so more towel stock would help at full capacity, but it wasn’t a big deal.
