It's in a quiet area, with easy access and a good location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the updated furniture includes much-appreciated USB charging outlets. The bed was okay, though it could use a comforter or heavier blanket. The HVAC worked, but it was very loud. The breakfast bar offers good choices, but it doesn't always open on time. The front desk shares staff with the sister hotel next door, so sometimes you have to call and wait for someone to come over.

The front desk lady, ANDREA, was great and checked that we were doing okay during our stay. The hotel was quiet and had a nice atmosphere. The rooms were clean, though plain. I'd recommend it.

The staff were great, and the rooms were big and quiet. Breakfast wasn't very good. If I were staying more than one night, I'd have cooked for myself in the room.

TownePlace Suites in Suffolk, VA was spotless, with well-kept suites and a beautiful area around it. You can tell the staff and management take pride in keeping the place clean, comfortable, and inviting. Service was top-notch from arrival, especially Quintay at the front desk, who was kind, professional, and went out of his way to help us feel welcome. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

My insurance company, USAA, placed us here temporarily. Breakfast is complimentary, with hot and cold choices, tea, coffee, fruit, and more. Walmart Supercenter and several restaurants are nearby. It's easy to reach I-664, and downtown Norfolk or Newport News are 15 minutes away.
