The kitchen was really nasty, with roaches and fruit flies, and a terrible smell coming from it. They hardly ever had food, just cereal and yogurt. The guy there was rude, too. It’s a shame they keep hiring people who are related to one another when the work isn’t getting done. Some things were good: there were three good housekeepers and two good inspectors. But the rest need to be fired, especially the staff on the fourth and fifth floors and the inspector who works with them, a short Hispanic lady with glasses. She was rude and talked about guests, housekeepers, and the general manager in another language. I speak Spanish, so I understood what she was saying. The manager leaves and doesn’t come back, and she talks about the workers too. The general manager never seems to come in. I asked to speak to him eight times during my week there. The workers were careless and dismissive, and the inspection process seemed questionable. The rooms, common areas, and general cleanliness didn’t look like they were being monitored to any standard. At check-in and afterward, basic requests went ignored, questions got attitude, and nobody took responsibility for problems. It felt poorly run and badly managed. Guests deserve better, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I also wonder how this place keeps operating like this, and why the owner never talks to the staff.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it, but it wasn’t worth the money or the stress. The photos are way off. The room looked old, worn, and neglected, with carpet that seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and a strong unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was grimy, the surfaces dusty, and the linens didn’t feel fresh. I was uncomfortable all night and just waited for checkout. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, acting like basic questions were a nuisance and brushing off my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are much better options nearby.

Breakfast ends at nine, and when I got there at 8:15, there was barely anything left. The cooking staff said that was all they had. No bagels, eggs, or sausage, just cereal and hardly any fruit. The rooms weren’t comfortable either, and felt outdated and poorly maintained. Cigarette smell was overpowering, and the curtains were torn and in shambles. I won’t spend my money here again. There are better places nearby, with lots of restaurants and shops.

The staff were very nice and friendly, but the hotel itself was a complete dump. Everything was outdated, and the so-called gym had just one working treadmill. The key cards never worked to open the door. It was a bad extended stay.
