For under $150, getting a hotel right on the beach is hard to beat, and our room, #6, was surprisingly large with a miniature kitchen. The location was great. The downsides were real, though: the drawers weren't very clean, with a sticky mess on the phone book and other things, and there weren't enough parking spots for all the guests, so parking was a nightmare. The rooms face the street, and the traffic noise is loud. Our first impression of the owners wasn't good either, though they seemed much nicer after we paid.
