The bed was clean and comfortable, and Alexis at the desk was kind enough to replace the batteries in our TV remote. But this stay in January 2026 was a letdown. We’ve stayed here plenty of times over the years and usually found it adequate, yet this visit felt below the Best Western standard. The room had a musty smell, the shower never got hot, and the towels were so thin they felt like pool towels. The curtains barely moved along the track, and there wasn’t a sheer curtain at all. We left bottled water in the fridge and found it frozen the next morning. Breakfast was cramped, with people practically crawling over each other, and the coffee was terrible. I hate leaving a bad review, but on our 11-day road trip we stayed at a different Best Western every night, and this one was far below the others in quality.

The room was spotless, everything worked, and breakfast was included and good. Getting to the freeway was easy, though the traffic noise was constant. Bring earplugs if you want a restful night.

The pool sits in the middle of the hotel area and looks lovely, with bright lights in the evening. Inside, the rooms and bathrooms were large and clean, and breakfast was wonderful. I did miss having a heater, and there were only two towels with no washcloths.

We told them about this a few months ago, but they ignored the feedback. This time we found the shower dirty and there was no hot water at all. There weren’t any washcloths either, though we couldn’t take a proper shower anyway.

The food was pretty good for a buffet, with eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, cereal, pastries, yogurt, and drinks, including oat milk for coffee or cereal. The layout made it convenient to get breakfast in the morning. Our Saturday night was surprisingly quiet, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the shower pressure, even though the water never got hot, and the layout was pretty cool. I prefer super hot showers, so that part wasn’t ideal, but we had a great experience.
