After the drive up from Phoenix, my family and I were worn out, so being able to check in early after just one night here was a real help. The front desk staff made a great first impression. Our room had the necessities and was clean and well equipped. We were on the fifth floor and heard nothing overnight. A great stay.

The gift wrapping station was such a fun surprise, with everything there to wrap presents. My adult son was about to get his gifts straight from a shopping bag, so that really helped. We spent two nights here over Christmas, our first time at the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional service. I expected freeway noise but didn't hear any. My one disappointment was that Titanium Elite didn't get free breakfast. I'd come back.

Lynette went out of her way to make things pleasant for our group of 17 contractors and took care of everything we needed. Jeffrey and the rest of the staff were fantastic too. Getting here was easy, and they made us feel very well looked after. I'd recommend calling them if you're staying in the area.

Even with a couple of small problems, we had a good stay. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly. There was a mix-up with the bassinet we requested, so we couldn't get it, and the TV didn't work.

Kaia gave us a warm welcome at check-in, and Bianca made checkout pleasant. At the lounge, Scott served great drinks and appetizers and told us about the history of the railroad square district. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading a few reviews, but my Marriott Bonvoy stays have always gone well, so I booked here. We had an excellent experience all around and none of the problems mentioned in those reviews. My niece goes to Sanoma State, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit. Thanks, AC!
