The shower's soap dispenser didn't work, so I had to ask for bar soap each day. Finding the place was tricky too, since other businesses partly hide it and the sign is small. Still, the room was good for the price.

The advertised continental breakfast is pretty limited, just coffee, muffins, and bagels. We've stayed at this motel twice, though, and found it convenient and moderately priced for the area. It's clean overall, the desk staff are friendly, and the maintenance issues are minor. Since it's a two-story motel, anyone with mobility issues like mine should request a lower floor when booking. They'll accommodate you.

We paid $178 for a room that smelled like smoke, was tiny, and had a bed that sagged in the middle and wasn't the king size promised. My husband and I cringed at the thought of using the linens, so we bought sheets at Walmart to lay over the bed. We stayed only because every other hotel room was booked due to an event nearby. This was one of the worst places we've stayed, and we're seeking a refund. The owners should be embarrassed to let people stay here. It feels like they're cheating people out of their money. The place was disgusting. Please stay elsewhere, whether that's another Santa Rosa hotel for a little more or somewhere in a nearby city.

For $200 a night, this was a miserable place to sleep. The bed dipped badly in the middle and sloped, the furniture and carpet were dirty, and both the door and its lock were broken. When we asked about the pool, the front desk woman was rude and said it had apparently been broken for years. The lot was full, so I tried parking at the neighboring Starbucks and nearly pulled into a spot beside someone sleeping in their car. Honestly, I might have been better off sleeping in my own car.
