The prices have gone way up, but the rooms haven’t been updated or remodeled. The linens and towels are paper thin and low quality. Management charges for towels that are “gently used,” which is what people do with towels. They kept my $100 cash deposit over a dirty towel. It feels money hungry, like they’ll charge your deposit for whatever they decide to come up with.

My room was clean and well kept, and the front desk host was so friendly and helpful. They checked that I was comfortable throughout the stay. Good service and a clean place. I’d visit again.

We had a two queen room with a kitchen, table, and patio, though the patio wasn’t inviting. There were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. Most of the pool area was shaded. There’s a restaurant on site, but we didn’t try it. You can walk to a bus stop or to Flamingo resort for drinks and food.

The hot water lasted only about a minute in the shower, then turned cold and left me freezing on a cold night. I saw a bug in the sink cabinet that looked like a baby cockroach. The next day, my body was itchy after sleeping there.
