Courtyard Santa Rosa

Val was the highlight of our visit. He was warm and charismatic, and his local suggestions for food and sightseeing were great. He made the trip fantastic for my wife and me. We could easily walk downtown from the excellent location. The rooms are on the small side, but they're nice, and the bed was remarkably comfortable and quiet. We'd definitely stay again.

Val at the front desk knows I'm a regular and makes sure I get the room I want. The staff's customer service is excellent. My only room complaint is that I have to keep turning the fridge back on to keep my drinks cold. The rooms are always clean and smell good, and I'd recommend vinyl floors over carpet. I love staying here. The location is perfect, close to the freeway, mall, fast food, and everything else.

Ms. Daniela at the front desk on the night of April 19th went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my room. She was helpful, informative, and made me feel very welcome. We stayed in room 321 over Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Val C. was the standout of the trip and the most knowledgeable staff member I spoke with. He needs a raise!
