We ended our Northeastern road trip in Kennebunkport after a string of big-city hotels, and this was our first bed and breakfast. I was hoping for somewhere small and quaint instead of a big commercial hotel, and that's what we found. We arrived almost two hours early, but Chris, the friendly inn keeper, said our room was ready. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole 175-year-old home was clean, tidy, and comfortable while still fitting its period. I expected a basic breakfast of fruit and pastries, but both mornings brought excellent coffee and a spread of dishes I hadn't expected. Chris apparently used to be a chef, and you can tell. We were a short walk from restaurants and shops, but far enough from the crowds. The other inns in town were much too expensive and crowded. If I come back to Kennebunkport, I'd stay here again :)

We spent six days here for our honeymoon, and we'd consider this B&B again if we return to Kennebunkport. The house is quaint and peaceful, and Chris is a great host. He kept the rooms very clean and checked each day to see if we needed anything. His breakfast was really yummy, especially the homemade coffee cake.

A beach pass was provided and we used it, and there's complimentary self-service cocktails too. The historic house is nicely decorated and well maintained, with a comfortable living room where TV is available. It's close to the center of town, but still a good pick if you want somewhere quiet. Chris is a great Inn Keeper and was there whenever we needed something. Breakfast was great, and the dining room was pleasant.

The breakfast is crazy good, and there's complimentary booze too. Chris, the owner, was friendly, helpful, and knew the area. We were about a 10-minute walk from town and all kinds of good places to eat. The room and bed were super comfy, parking was easy, and nights were pretty quiet. What's not to love? Highly recommend.

We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which was clean and really comfortable for our family of four. Chris cooked an amazing breakfast, especially the French toast I enjoyed. He made us feel very welcome, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
