The breakfast was nicely set out and tasted good, and the woman looking after the breakfast area was amazing and friendly. I’m sorry I lost the paper with her name on it after promising to mention her here. Thanks to her, and to everyone working as a team. It shows. Both times we stayed, our rooms were clean and in order, and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. My one suggestion is to add a grab bar on the shower's back wall. There’s already one on the side.

Manager Andy and breakfast attendant Roz are superb. They work hard and are genuinely kind, good-hearted people. The rooms are consistently clean and well maintained, the parking lot is well lit, and the breakfast bar has lots of choices. Fairfield Inn & Suites in Santee, SC sets a high bar for hotels. You won't regret choosing it. Trust the reviews.

The hotel and staff were nice, and the stay was pretty good overall. My concern was the comforter insert. Its filling looked dark and worn, which made it feel unhygienic. Dirt and bacteria can build up inside over time, so inserts should be replaced regularly. I hope the hotel pays closer attention to bedding hygiene and changes the comforters more often. That would improve the guest experience.

The room and hotel were clean, and my room was comfortable. Brandon checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the desk when I checked out was friendly too. Breakfast was what I expected. A nice place to stop on the way to Florida.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and just checked out. Everything was perfect, from the really friendly staff who went out of their way to the clean, well-kept room. The gym was spotless and didn't have that gym smell at all. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
