Quality Inn near University of Mobile

I only needed a place for the night while traveling, but the room had roaches all over, including the walls, bed, fridge, and TV. I asked for a refund and a different room; they changed the room but didn't refund me. I was told a refund would be coming, then told the manager wouldn't be available for over a week. A waste of money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

10/10, I was really happy staying at this Comfort Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was good for a good price. Jessica at the front desk was professional and very helpful. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

The rate seemed reasonable and the desk staff were polite, but that changed once we saw the room. It was filthy and moldy, with cockroaches in it. I checked out after just an hour. Unless cleanliness isn't a concern for you or this is your last resort, avoid it.

The room was awesome, and I’ll definitely come back. I booked online at a great rate, then Josh made check-in easy when I arrived. He also took time to explain my reservation and the options, which is the kind of service you don’t often get anymore. He’s a real asset to the company.
