10/10
Our room was much bigger than I expected, and very comfortable. The soft pillows and comforter felt like what you'd get at an expensive luxury hotel. Staff greeted us warmly each day, and everything was clean and working. Even the mini fridge was spacious and had a handy little freezer section. Parking was free and convenient. Ten out of ten, and we'll choose SureStay again.
6/10
The good points were the price, a clean unit that smelled fresh, and a comfortable king bed. There were issues too: road noise, including loud mufflers in FlA., came through, and from my first-floor room I could hear people walking and the creaking above. Some bath towels had stains, and the TV wasn't very good.
4/10
We could hear every footstep and everything else happening in the room above us. The mattresses were old, unsupportive, and uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain, and the floor felt like it hadn't been rinsed after mopping, if it had been cleaned at all. The hot water was extremely hot, so we had to be careful turning it on. Breakfast was toast, bagels, yogurt, and muffins. The room looked average when we entered. It seems the new owner is trying to refresh the appearance, but the finish work isn't even handyman average, and looks like cheap labor was used.
10/10
The rates are always affordable, and the management handles most requests very well. Rooms are consistently clean and neat, with a good range of amenities. A great place near Srq airport.
10/10
I've stayed here plenty of times because the rate is good. Manager Mr. Patel is accommodating and a good person. It's a short distance from the Sarasota Bradenton airport, and I'd recommend it to people traveling through.
