Downtown is right nearby, with lots of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the short walk to Uncommon Grounds for coffee and Kilwins for chocolates, and it was pretty strolling downtown at night. The hotel's pool is a good size, my kids liked it, and towels are provided. The hotel was immaculate, breakfast was great and kept clean and replenished, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were both welcoming and friendly. We had a nice stay and I'd definitely come back.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. I also enjoyed the tasty hot breakfast. What put me off was the $25 nightly parking charge, which wasn't well advertised and appeared separately from my reservation. I found out later it had gone up from $15 to $25 on January 1, 2026. Comparable nearby hotels offer free parking, so I probably won't return unless the policy changes. Just a heads-up so future guests aren't surprised by the extra cost.

We had a party of four, and the clean rooms worked perfectly for us. Downtown shops are just a short walk away. I was glad to pay $25 for parking, especially since we could stay dry when it rained one evening. Breakfast is included, with a generous spread, and the make-your-own waffles were a hit with my family.

Ben at the front desk made my stay at the Hampton Inn in Saratoga Springs a great one. He welcomed me so warmly as soon as I arrived, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. He was friendly, attentive, and full of useful local tips and suggestions, making sure I had what I needed. His professional, positive approach made a big difference. Great service can be hard to find, and Ben really stood out. Hampton Inn is lucky to have him, and I'll be back because he made the whole visit better. I'd recommend this location, and if you meet Ben, you're in excellent hands.

As a Hilton Honors member, I thought this was one of the best Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Ben deserves a special thank you for the best customer service I've had in a while. I really appreciated his patience, warmth, and the way he welcomed me as a first-time visitor to the area. He deserves all the recognition and more.
