The apartment was top tier, clean, and I loved the layout. We had a really nice time here, and the pool was fun, too. The location is great, near restaurants and supermarkets, and the nearby Nail Spa was lovely and within walking distance. I can’t wait to book another stay. 🌟

The room was nice, but the staff and hidden fees are why I’m giving this two stars. I got the runaround at check-in. The concierge had told me the day before that early check-in was possible, but never mentioned the $45 fee until I arrived. The $25 parking fee wasn’t disclosed either. I paid both, then got inaccurate directions to my room and was sent to the wrong part of the building before having to find the right one myself. The thing that irritated me most was the missing iron. I texted the concierge at 4pm to report it, then got a call at 1am apologizing and asking if I still needed one. I was asleep, so I said no. At 6am they called again. I got up and left then, without even staying 24 hours. Who calls a guest twice overnight about an iron when the request came in at 4pm? The concierge knew when I’d asked. It was so unprofessional, and I’m never staying here again.

I stay at Sentral whenever I come to Atlanta and spend a lot there, so I’m respectful to the team. On my last visit, one concierge brushed off my concerns and kept saying she didn’t know, sorry, without trying to help find a solution. I don’t know her name, but she had shoulder-length hair, brown skin, and a heavier build. I’m not trying to be discriminatory, just giving the description I remember. Angela was the complete opposite. She worked hard to sort out everything I needed and made it happen. She’s a wonderful person, and I’m so glad they added her to the team. Thanks, Angela, keep it up!

The concierge team is the one bright spot here. They’re kind, attentive, and enjoyable to talk to. The community itself is beautiful, but living here has been a different story. I’ve been a resident for four years, and the noise never lets up: trains, cars, the club, Airbnb guests, and very thin walls. There’s also a $190 experience living fee added to the monthly costs, and the mail delivery service basically doesn’t exist. The leasing team is unresponsive and gives inconsistent information. They’re offering 12 weeks free right now, with residents leaving quickly, which says a lot. I’d take my money elsewhere.
