We had a wonderful stay while visiting Hakone Gardens and the town of Saratoga, CA. The whole property was well maintained, and our room was clean. Oliver served breakfast and was especially nice and helpful with the menu. His cappuccino was outstanding, and the chia seeds pudding was delicious. Fatima at the front desk was also a pleasure, with helpful suggestions about town. Hilton management should recognize both of them for going above and beyond.
This was my second stay at this quiet, fantastic property. The rooms are well appointed and super clean, and the staff are amazing. Fatema at the front desk is especially warm and accommodating. She’s already built a rapport with my EA back at the office!
Check-in was quick, and the staff were genuinely ready to help with directions, recommendations, or special requests. The lobby and common areas feel cozy and modern, with warm lights, comfortable seating, and thoughtful décor. There are subtle touches of Saratoga’s history and culture that give it local character without feeling dated or fussy. The Inn at Saratoga, part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, is a gem with boutique charm, modern comfort, and attentive service. It feels welcoming from the moment you arrive, whether you’re here for a weekend break, business, or to explore Saratoga Springs’ racing and cultural attractions. The location is ideal, and it makes for a relaxing stay.

The only real downside was the super slow elevator. The hotel itself is a quaint boutique property, clean and well maintained, with spacious, well appointed rooms in a peaceful wooded area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer breakfast, afternoon cocktails, and dinner bites. Oliver deserves a shout out for his great attitude and hustle at breakfast. A couple of times he was the only server covering full indoor and outdoor seating, probably handling 10 separate tables. He kept running between inside and outside so guests wouldn’t have to wait. Fatima and Javier at the front desk were always amazing too.
