Right near Saugatuck's shops and restaurants, so getting around on foot was easy. I stayed in #12, a former hotel converted into mini condos. It was spotless, not a speck of dust or dirt, and not even a bug. The kitchen had everything I needed. I wasn't disappointed and would definitely recommend it.

Dean, the manager, came to help when one of our main lights burned out, since maintenance was off that day. The room was small, but it gave us a clean, comfortable place to return to while we explored this lovely part of Michigan. Arrowhead Resort has a long history and is an easy walk from charming downtown Saugatuck. The amenities were a nice surprise, and I slept well even with the Murphy bed. 😴 Highly recommend!

Even over a holiday weekend, it stayed pleasantly quiet after 10 p.m., and we felt safe and comfortable. Arrowhead is an easy walk to downtown Saugatuck, and Douglas is a relaxed stroll or about a three-minute drive away. I grew up nearby and remembered this little resort from childhood, so I was excited to come back. It's been updated and upgraded, and it's a good deal. The space was neat and clean, though pretty compact. You're not in Saugatuck to stay inside anyway. Highly recommend!

The WiFi was terrible, with movies buffering every couple of minutes, and there was just one AC unit, so the rooms got really warm. The place wasn't family friendly at all. Bathing my 8-month-old in the tiny stand-up shower was difficult. When we arrived, it was dirty: there were crumbs on the stove, and I had to sweep the floors and the bedroom we were staying in.

We liked the location, but the room was so dirty and dusty that we went out and bought our own sheets and blankets. The Murphy bed was painfully uncomfortable, and we woke up with back pain every day. At $300 a night, I expected a nice place. It needs a serious scrub and deep clean. Very expensive and such a disappointment. I don't recommend it at all.
