The view over the historic fields and Catskill mountains at sunset was beautiful, and it was very easy to get to the highway. We got a decent free breakfast before setting off, and the freshly ground coffee made by the cup really hit the spot. We were tired from traveling and ended up here quite randomly. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our room was clean and surprisingly comfortable, almost luxurious for a mid-level hotel, and the staff were pleasant and professional.

We were in town to ski at nearby Hunter Mountain, and the hotel worked perfectly for the trip. Check-in and checkout were seamless. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all we needed. The shower pressure was especially nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before heading back to Hunter for one more day of skiing.

The mountain views were lovely, and the location was excellent and easy to reach. The hotel has fresh, modern décor, and our spacious room was clean and clearly well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we slept well. Breakfast was fresh and good, with a nice selection. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with Dove products, a nice touch. It was a comfortable, relaxing, high-quality stay. We’d absolutely return and recommend it.

For the Catskill area, where hotels can get expensive around this time, this is a reasonable option if you want to be near hiking trails or a ski resort. The room was clean and large, with a fridge, microwave, and closet. Breakfast was free, and it was relatively quiet. The heat was inconsistent. It wasn’t too cold, but the room could’ve been a bit warmer. The bed and blankets made up for it, and I slept comfortably, though there was no heat at all when I woke up. I suspect it might’ve been a one-off problem that would’ve been fixed if I’d stayed longer, but I’d check reviews about it. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were great and responsive. Diane especially was professional and friendly, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was great, with the usual hot options and wonderful warm cinnamon rolls. It’s seven minutes from the horse show. The hotel was bright, clean, and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout shades were good, too.
