The King Deluxe room was much bigger and brighter than I expected, with a huge bathroom and the thorough cleanliness I look for. The spring mattress was comfortable, too. As a woman traveling alone for work, I paid close attention to safety: the hillside parking area and paths were well lit, and I felt fine walking to dinner next door and back. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the other guests were considerate and quiet. Fast internet and business-friendly amenities made working easy. This was my first stay at Best Western Novato Inn, and I was completely satisfied. I’ll book again.

The room was spotless, and the little balcony felt nicely private. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub because of the rain, though they both looked great. Loved the extras, especially the warm cookies and hot cocoa, tea, and coffee. Service was amazing. I’d happily stay again!

The breakfast selection was generous, with eggs, breads and bagels, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and more. The cooking staff were kind and kept things topped up quickly. Our room was roomy and clean, and the front desk team were caring, accommodating, and ready to help with questions or requests. My wife and I came to California for a family funeral and chose Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn after only a little research. I’m very glad we did. I’m picky about cleanliness and have no patience for rudeness or carelessness, so I don’t say this lightly: I have nothing negative to report about the hotel or its people. We’d stay again if we’re back in CA, and I hope this helps anyone else choosing a place from reviews.

Breakfast had nice choices, including almond milk, and the rooms were really clean. Service was great too. The shower head was nice, but the water kept swinging from warm to scalding hot:/

We felt safe right away after a frightening incident at our room down the road on Christmas night, when someone tried to break in and was arrested. We came to the Best Western, and they put us on the top floor of the west wing, where we felt out of reach. The front desk associate was so welcoming, and they greeted us with warm cookies. When we visit family again, this is where I’ll stay.
