After a 10-hour drive for a funeral, I found a nasty room: blood on the pillowcases, a sticky mess on the table, stained blanket, and dirty towels. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The staff were really friendly, the beds comfortable, and the mini-fridge freezer worked great. It was only 15 minutes from the mill outage where I was working. Pretty decent 👍🏻

The breakfast service was three-star, but otherwise it was nice. Rooms were clean, and Shiloh National Military Park is close by.

For an overnight stay, the rooms had all the amenities you'd want and were clean. Staff were friendly too. A nice stay.

The staff are the reason I'd come back, especially Ken. They're the kind of people who enjoy serving guests, and the cleanliness and breakfast are top notch. I usually stay at Hilton, but this team may have made me a loyal Choice Hotels customer wherever I travel. The Wi-Fi works well, and there's a soda machine with cheap drinks plus a clean laundry room. Savannah has less expensive options, but for a quiet, clean, safe place to sleep, I'd pick this hotel regardless of the price difference.
