We had a great stay on the way to Florida for a cruise. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, tours, and the riverside, and the rooms were large and clean. Our daughter left her AirPods in the bed when we checked out. By the time she noticed, the room had been cleaned and the sheets were already in the laundry, so we assumed they were gone. The next day the staff called to say they’d found them. I paid to have them shipped to our house. Such a nice surprise, and we’re very grateful they searched for them.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and they let us park early and leave our belongings there. All the employees were very helpful. I rated it four because parking costs an extra $40 a night.

Being right in downtown Savannah is the best part. Historic squares, coffee shops, restaurants, and museums are all an easy walk away, so you can get around without a car. If you want to be close to everything without paying luxury hotel prices, the location makes sense. The rooms are clean, functional, and a decent size, with what you need but nothing especially luxurious. It’s a reliable, comfortable place to unwind for a few days, with friendly service. I’d stay again, especially when convenience is the priority.

You can walk to historic sites and bars from this hotel in the heart of downtown Savannah, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. But the WiFi didn’t work, and my room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower, the fridge was dirty, and the trundle mattress had stains. The AC unit was also telling me to check the filter.

The only thing going for it was the price. I used a Marriott free night certificate, and even so the room was too small to call a suite without laughing. The layout was poor, the heater was way too loud, and the hot water wasn’t hot. The coffee maker was broken. The bed was about as comfortable as a camp cot. I’m usually not one to complain, but I figured you’d want the straight scoop.
