The customer service from Suites at Bay made the trip wonderful, and we’ll be back. We had the third-floor suite, which had all the comforts of home and none of the bar or road noise we heard on the second floor. The River Street shops and trees looked lovely from the 3B suite. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare meals and keep our distance. The bathroom was spacious, with a rain-style shower, though the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped. Getting in and out with the stairs and no loading zone nearby was challenging. There’s a restaurant and bar on the first floor, and you can still hear it from the second.

We were two friends, and I used the sofa bed as a separate sleeping space. It was large and comfortable, and they’ll make it up before you arrive if you ask. The apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was quiet on the third floor even on a busy weekend. Communication was excellent throughout, and each suite has its own entrance code, so there are no keys or cards. It’s right in the centre of town, about an 18 minute cab ride from the airport. There’s no elevator, but the stairs should be manageable if your mobility is decent. Such a find. I’d stay here again if I’m back in town.

The only thing we couldn’t work out was room service with Treylor Park. I think the restaurant was too busy to answer the phone. Check-in instructions seemed a little intimidating at first, but the process was easy, and the nearby loading station and free parking garage were really convenient. The suite was clean, pretty, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the AC felt so good after being out in the humidity. We could walk everywhere we wanted, and I’d definitely stay again on a Savannah trip.

We left the car in the garage all weekend and walked everywhere. Suites at Bay was awesome, with easy access to everything, and communication was great. Someone was available to help us no matter what time, which we really appreciated. Our third-floor room was a studio-style suite, extremely clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed and more. My boyfriend found it online and booked it for our weekend trip. We’ve already talked about staying here on our next visit.

We parked in the designated deck and walked everywhere, thanks to the great location. The apartment was updated, clean, and spacious. The bed was a little small and not very comfortable, but I’d definitely stay here again.
