Cleveland was the best of the valet attendants. He took the job seriously and treated everyone with dignity and respect. Brandon was also fun and a pleasure to talk with. The rooms were clean, even the air filter on the AC, and the beds were really comfortable. The elevator behaved strangely but worked. I felt for the front desk staff, who had to deal with a faulty fire alarm beeping all weekend. It was still going after we left, and the staff remained pleasant and attentive.

The staff were kind and professional when the heating in our room failed on our first night. They moved us to another room the next day, and thanks to their help we had a comfortable, pleasant stay from February 4 to 6. I can't remember the staff member's name, but I sincerely appreciate their assistance. The hotel sits right at the entrance to Savannah, making it easy to get into and out of the city and well placed for major attractions. There’s a public parking garage right next door, which made parking convenient.

Savannah Coffee Roasters is just around the corner, and the location worked well. There were lots of parking spaces, and because I arrived Friday night, parking was free Saturday and Sunday, which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed squeaked a little, and the shower water wasn't as hot early in the morning as it was later in the day, but neither issue affected my stay. I'd recommend this as a good place to stay.

Ebony at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at TRYP by Wyndham Savannah Downtown/Historic District. She was terrific, warm, and had a smile that was hard not to catch. She shared local hot spots and useful advice for getting around town, and took a real interest in making sure our stay was fabulous. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about guests. That kind of customer service makes a difference. Thanks, Ebony, for helping make the stay so good.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, and felt like a good place to relax. The staff were incredible from the start, greeting us with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, with no hassle. When we stepped out to get dinner, we felt a real sense of comfort and security. I'd highly recommend staying here.
