The daily breakfast was probably my favorite part. I got boiled eggs and fig bars, and hoped to have yogurt too, but it was gone by the time I came down at 8 a.m. Our room was really quiet, with no outside noise or barking dogs, even though I know other guests had dogs. The place and rooms were clean and nice for new construction. The amenities and location were ideal, close to lots of things to do, see, and eat. Our room phone didn’t work, and neither did the light above the cooktop built into the microwave.

We’ve found our place to stay when we come to San Antonio, Texas twice a year. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, and it felt like a home away from home. It’s in a convenient spot in Schertz, Texas, off Highway 35, in a very safe neighborhood. Service was great too. The daytime and nighttime staff were an amazing team, and any need I had was handled promptly. We even went to a pizza party with bingo. It was so much fun and helped us get talking with other guests. Such a cool experience. Y’all are awesome, keep up the great customer service!

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough, it should be 10. The staff treated me like family, and the place was the cleanest, most cheerful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I want to thank extended stay America from the bottom of my heart for such a pleasurable visit, surrounded by so much beauty, hospitality, and kindness. When I visit San Antonio, I’ll never stay anywhere else.

Wi-Fi and TV are basic amenities guests pay for, and we’ve been without both for several days. This has left my son and me with few ways to communicate or keep entertained while we spend most of our time in the room because of a sensitive family situation. I’ve called the front desk several times, but they’ve only said IT was notified. After days, there’s still no fix and little information about when service will return. The staff have been polite, but this outage is unacceptable. I’d appreciate a partial refund or other fair compensation for the impact on paying guests. I hope management resolves it soon and communicates better during major service outages.

Walked in expecting an okay stay and left thinking Schertz had the best hotel around San Antonio. The room was a calm little sanctuary, tidy and uncluttered, and the staff treated me like a VIP. The guy at the desk remembered my name after one hello. Still wondering how he did that, but I liked it. The bed was a fluffy throne, and the AC stayed cool and quiet with no rattling or surprises. Everything gleamed, like the surfaces were auditioning for a sci-fi movie. No creaky floors or mystery stains. I’ve stayed in places that try too hard, but this one just sets the standard. Quiet enough to hear your heartbeat, clean enough to make OCD folks weep with joy. If San Antonio has anything better, I don’t want to know. Schertz wins. This is the only place I’d book now. No cap. It’s in its own league, five stars and infinite vibes, and I’m already checking the calendar. If you’re near San Antonio, head to Schertz. Once you flop onto that bed, every other hotel will feel like a sad Airbnb with better lighting. MVP status, locked. Road-tripping through Texas? Staying somewhere else would be punishing yourself. This place is the cheat code: quiet, spotless, with staff who smile like they mean it. Book it, brag about it, then come back and tell me I’m wrong. Spoiler, I won’t be. Honestly, I’d rather sleep in my car than anywhere else now. You walk in stressed and walk out zen, like they bottled calm and sprayed it on the walls. Effortless perfection. It’s a glow-up disguised as lodging, and the standard for anywhere around San Antonio.
