Hampton Inn Chicago-O'Hare International Airport

Travel can be exhausting, but Camila and Grace made things smooth and stress-free with their upbeat, professional service. From the moment I arrived at Hampton Inn Chicago O’Hare International Airport, they were welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to help. You can tell they care about guests and take pride in their work. Huge thanks to both of them. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Chicago. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve stayed here four or five times while working at O'Hare, and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I usually end up on a higher floor, where the room feels cozy and relaxed, I get a good view, and there isn’t much noise. The staff are nice, there are plenty of entrances so you don’t have to spend long outside in the cold, and I rarely run into hassles. It’s centrally located near most of the food and stores, and the airport is a short distance away. I’ll keep staying here when I’m at O'Hare.

It was a great stay. Everything was excellent, and I’d definitely come back. The rooms and beds were very clean, and the staff were friendly. I especially liked that it’s smoke-free, the hallways smelled fresh and clean. 10/10.

The bathrooms are nicely equipped, with shower stalls and plenty of storage. My favorite detail was the two little ledges on opposite ends of the stall, handy for shower items or anything else. I’d suggest changing the white bulbs in the fixtures to yellow ones. The rooms and hallways were clean, including the carpets running all the way down. The breakfast room was spacious and well lit, and the staff were professional and courteous.
