Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Schuyler

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast and the evening lunch buffet were both top-notch. I only ended up here because weather closed the highway, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to get stuck. Everyone on staff was welcoming and cordial throughout my stay. It was a very positive experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone traveling through. Great people run this place.

For the price, you get an updated room and clean, modern facilities like you’d find at larger hotel chains. It costs a little more than the Schuyler inn, but I thought it was worth it. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it’s the best hotel in Schuyler.

I travel for work and spend four nights a week in hotels, so I’ll choose this place again next time I’m in the area. It’s a gem for a small town, and I prefer its smaller size to those 500+ room hotels in big cities. The room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The white sheets passed my black light test, with no mystery stains or signs of bed bugs. The place looks newer and modern. My room had a Roku TV, so I could sign into Netflix, YouTube, and other apps, though I noticed a previous visitor was still signed in and you should remember to log out. There were only a couple of other guests during the two nights I stayed, so I didn’t have noisy neighbors. Breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs and/or cheese omelets, sausage links and/or patties, hash browns, waffles, fruit, and cereal. My only small gripe is that my room was missing baseboards, as if they’d been removed and not put back.

Melissa at the front desk deserves special thanks for making the arrangements we needed. The staff at Cobblestone Inn do excellent work, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you!
