The staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The rooms have plenty of space, are spotless, and have comfortable beds with lots of places to plug in your phone. It’s right by the highway, though we didn’t notice much noise. Bathrooms look dated but were clean enough that I was comfortable walking around barefoot. Breakfast was kept tidy and topped up, with eggs, packaged sausage links, and the usual options. A solid budget stay if you keep expectations realistic. We didn’t bring pets, but they’re accepted, with a limit of two at up to 40 pounds each and a $100 damage deposit.

The thing that keeps bringing us back is the staff. Dhara made us feel welcome from our first stop through our most recent one, and she’s informative and easy to laugh with. Housekeeping and the front desk staff all help make each visit feel a little like coming home. Our rooms have consistently been comfortable and clean, and the small breakfast is quite adequate. We’ll keep choosing this hotel when we’re in the area. Thanks to everyone there.

Getting off and back onto 81 is easy, check-in was simple, and breakfast tasted good. The staff were kind and accommodating when I asked to stay an extra hour because my baby was sick and my husband was still working. I did notice some dust in the room and a few hairs in the bathroom. Still, I’d stay again. For me, it’s a 9.5 out of 10.

The price came in lower than I expected, so the stay felt worth it. The front desk staff were very nice, and the rooms, though old, were clean and worked fine. Food options right at this highway exit are limited to a McDonald's. About 8 miles farther down, at the next exit, there are a dozen restaurants and many more hotels.

We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff were pleasant. Cleanliness matters a lot to us, and this hotel did a very good job there. The price was reasonable, too.
