Our daughter and her family live here. It’s beautiful ❤️

The homes and garages are spacious and impressive, and the grounds were clean, organized, and accommodating. I was there doing service work at one of the townhouses, so I can’t speak to every detail. The location is nice too.

Cristina kindly showed us around during the open house, so we could see the furnishings and design. It was just beautiful.

Such a fantastic facility in Santa Barbara’s North State area. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the residents are super friendly. Just awesome all around.
