At $215 a night, this didn’t feel worth what we got. The A/C was so loud it sounded like metal rubbing, and the TV didn’t work. I told the sweet woman in the lobby, but there wasn’t anything she could do. The staff were amazing, helpful, and understanding, but I travel with a tournament team to this area often, and we’ll have to consider other motels for now.

After a rough travel day from Pennsylvania to Louisiana, Erica greeted me at the front desk with a huge smile and a real desire to make my day better. Check-in was easy, and I even got a snack and a bottle of water. She made the end of the day a lot better than it could have been. CR

This hotel is easy to get to, very clean, and affordable, with delicious food nearby. I travel to the area monthly and have stayed here several times. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Sometimes we bring a really large group, and Robin does an amazing job arranging everything. Our schedules change often, so I’m constantly going back and forth with her to adjust the arrangements. She handles it all.

I spent two days in Lafayette for work and was genuinely impressed. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, which was convenient, and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. Carleen at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, and it was easy to get there. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’d gladly stay again if I’m back in the area.

The hotel was nice, but check-in took over 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. There was an older person at the counter and lots of people trying to check in. It would’ve gone more smoothly with two people available to help.
