Fairfield Inn & Suites Scottsbluff

The breakfast had plenty of seating for a crowd and the usual Fairfield options. The health center was clean and well maintained, as were the nice rooms. The pool is small but very nice, and there’s a hot tub too. This Fairfield is clean and conveniently located right off the highway in town.

The first room’s air-conditioning and heating unit didn’t work, but the front desk lady was very courteous and moved us to another room. That unit was extremely noisy, though, and we couldn’t sleep all night. Breakfast choices were slim to nothing and generally poor quality compared with my experience at Fairfield Inn locations in Texas, Illinois, or Georgia. The location is convenient, but this Fairfield Inn was certainly different from the positive experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

Most of our family stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a funeral, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating with our group. Sad that the pool and hot tub were closed, though. Thank you.

The staff were great, and the pool area was nice. The beds were terrible, so if you need a good bed, this isn’t the place. The glass shower door also badly needs a good cleaning.
