The one downside was the very soft water. I know it's meant to be good for your skin, but it left me feeling like the soap never quite rinsed off. That's not the hotel's fault, though. We spent two nights here in mid September. The complimentary afternoon Happy Hour and breakfast each morning were the highlights. The Happy Hour hostess was courteous, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel, even compared with ones we've paid for. Our room was clean and perfectly acceptable, with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. I'd stay here again in a minute if I'm in the area.

We stopped here for one night twice, a week apart, during a road trip. The location on the edge of Scottsbluff town worked well, and the rates were good. Our rooms were roomy and very clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots of choices and they kept the food coming. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommend it!

The rooms are nice, but the hotel is getting a bit old. There's black mold in the bathroom that's been painted over again. If you're on the first or second floor, you can hear every footstep above you. I'd honestly pick the newer, quieter Fairfield Inn. Holiday Inns just aren't as nice as they used to be.

We needed three beds, and the two-bedroom suite worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the standard breakfast was actually very good. Even the lobby coffee was better than what I get at most hotels. Great value for the price, and I'd stay again. We traveled in August 2025.

The pool was great, and breakfast was good too. I'm a dog owner, and getting around the place was easy. I also left some shirts hanging in the room, but getting them back was no problem.
