Staff were great, and the place was clean, with free parking. Grocery store, Culver's, and Portillos are within walking distance. Breakfast was OK: waffles, sausage, preformed scrambled egg things, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, fruit, toast, and bagels. A couple things need work. The rooms get pitch black when the lights are off, so you might want a little night light. The door lock felt and sounded shut, but the deadbolt wouldn't engage until you pushed the door open. Then it was hard to release the bolt with the door open. The AC came on, but the temperature stayed the same no matter what I set it to, too warm for me. They were cleaning the AC units when we left, so maybe that'll help. Clean little place, seems like they just have a few bugs to work out. Good for the price!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The toilet is very low to the ground, and the toilet paper holder is quite a reach, but it was well worth it. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is pretty exceptional, as other reviews say, and this Scottsdale location is definitely the most bang for your buck, though I can't speak for the other locations. Check-in was the easiest and least stressful I've ever had at a hotel. I really despise checking in, since something simple can become incredibly difficult, especially with a third-party booking. If any issue does come up, which is almost never, they take care of it immediately. They'd win first prize if there were awards for easiest check-in.

The location made it quick and easy to get to the Mayo Clinic, with several great restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay at LaQuinta. Everything was clean, inside and out, and the rooms were clean too. The free breakfast had a good selection, and the coffee was great.

The rooms and bathroom were nice, the staff was excellent, and the vibes were great. The key cards were my one complaint. I had to get mine redone maybe 10 times during the stay, and the slightest thing would make it stop working.
