Privado Villas at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

We've visited the Fairmont's main hotel a number of times over the years, but this was our first stay at Privado Villas, which just opened in April. It lives up to all the hype. The setting is beautiful and secluded, and it has everything you could want. The restaurants are wonderful too. Hacienda is my favorite Mexican restaurant ever. Highly recommend.

A group of us ladies came from Chicago last month to celebrate a good friend's birthday, and we stayed at Privado Villas. Everything was top tier, from the service and food to the spa. The staff were all sweet, friendly, and accommodating. Chana went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, and Robert, the porter, was very helpful too. I hope to return soon with my family so they can experience Christmas at The Princess.

Our villa was a peaceful, spacious retreat, elegantly designed and with spectacular views. After a day of relaxing, it was a lovely place to unwind. The Sonoran Desert setting was breathtaking, with natural beauty alongside refined luxury. Service was attentive from check-in through departure, and the butler service added personal touches that made us feel especially welcome. Dining was another highlight. With the Arizona sunset as a backdrop, every meal felt like an occasion. The rich, smoky flavors at La Hacienda and the steaks at Bourbon Steak were both a delight. The comforts, scenery, and service made this a getaway we'll cherish and absolutely return to.

Those two nights gave me one of my best weekends. Everything we asked for was accommodated, and the staff learned our names and greeted us each day. The private check-in lounge, daily snacks, and private car service all made the experience feel perfect. The service was amazing.
